Project Condo Living Room

Project Concept
Our client envisioned a sophisticated interior that blended Persian and Arabesque influences with the glamour and geometric elegance of Art Deco design. Our approach focused on creating a richly layered space that balances cultural inspiration, craftsmanship, and contemporary luxury.
A significant portion of the furnishings and decorative elements were custom designed and fabricated specifically for this project, including the Harlequin and beaded terracotta wall sconces, an oversized sectional with bespoke upholstery and custom interior cushions, a statement floor mirror, and curated textile accents.
Custom detailing extended to the architectural features, including the hand-wrapped balcony door treatment. The floor mirror was designed and fabricated exclusively for the space, while several; antiques, furnishings and decorative accessories were carefully sourced from international artisans and suppliers to achieve the desired aesthetic and authenticity.

Project Foyer Staging

Project Concept
A bold eclectic entryway designed to transform a transitional space into a memorable first impression—one that reflects the client's vibrant personality through a curated blend of modern glamour, artistic expression, and boutique-hotel sophistication.
The design concept centers on the interplay of bold graphic elements and refined metallic finishes. Parisian brass candelabras, layered with tall arched brass mirrors, adding height to the space and glamour with the addition of vintage amber sconces. A custom black-and-white striped feature wall, extended to the ceiling, establishes a strong visual framework, drawing the eye upward and creating a sense of height and drama. Layered artwork, oversized botanical elements, and sculptural accessories soften the graphic lines while introducing movement, texture, and organic balance.
A palette of blush pink, gold, ivory, and deep green was selected to create warmth and contrast. Statement lighting was strategically incorporated to highlight artwork and enhance the gallery-like atmosphere, while reflective surfaces and metallic accents amplify light throughout the compact footprint.
Custom-designed details, including decorative wall treatments, framed art installations, and curated styling elements, contribute to a highly personalized environment. The result is an inviting entry sequence that feels both luxurious and expressive—setting the tone for the home beyond while maximizing visual impact within a limited space.

Project Bathroom

Project concept
This "Biophilic Noir" bathroom concept fuses the moody romance of the Jazz Age with lush, resort-level botanical escapism. The experience begins at a crisp white door marked with a vintage brass "le bain" plaque, opening into a space grounded by veined white marble tile and an expansive floor-to-ceiling gallery wall of framed black-and-white jazz-themed photography. The vanity area balances a clean white countertop and square chrome fixtures with tactical dark accents, including a "wash your hands please" mirror vignette, matte black fluted dispensers, and deep forest-green velvet accent lamp - paying homage to vintage full-service Jazz club bathrooms - casting a warm glow over dense boxwood greenery. Efficiency meets luxury with a sleek matte-black vertical towel wall holding perfectly rolled white linens, while the walk-in shower transforms into a private tropical sanctuary where an oversized chrome rainfall showerhead pours down through a dense canopy of leafy palms, illuminated by dramatic black spotlights that project moody, cinematic shadows against the marble. Adding a spotlight to the shower, allows for moody, dim-lit showers,
for further relaxation and escapism.

Project Concept
Our client; a creative with an electric personality, gave free reign - a designer's dream.
This maximalist, Hollywood Regency-inspired design concept, blends playful sophistication with fairytale opulence. Grounded by a striking black-and-white marble checkerboard floor layered with an leopard-print hide rug. The case-goods elevated by custom brass rabbit lamps, as well as bird and bumblebee furniture hardware. High-contrast graphic elements, such as black-and-white striped ceramics and sharp harlequin-patterned silks finished with oversized pearl tassels, create a balance with a spectrum of rich blues, ornate gilded baroque mirrors, and mid-century French gallery art. Dramatic accent walls feature scenic Chinoiserie peacock murals framed by pooling slate-blue velvet drapery hung from brass bird finials, while lush, organic indoor trees in textured cream planters soften the metallic gleam. Complete with mirror-polished gold brand lettering and whimsical fringed palm lamps capped with ostrich feathers and a custom brass easel - the final atmosphere feels like a highly photogenic, curated Parisian boutique that balances high-energy commercial professionalism with absolute escapism.

Project Concept
This "Regal Noir" moody master suite balances high-contrast drama with warm organic textures to evoke an atmospheric, resort-inspired sanctuary. The space is anchored by a four-poster canopy bed enveloped in flowing, white drapery that contrasts against rich, crushed black velvet bedding. Rustic architectural depth is introduced through custom dark-stained timber ceiling beams and a deep espresso accent wall featuring a lighted, elegantly framed portrait. Woven wicker storage and tailored accents ground the high-contrast palette with earthy textures. The use of greenery layer in vibrant biophilic life. The design culminates in a sleek black-framed mirror reflecting the canopy’s soft lines through dense foliage, seamlessly uniting crisp monochromatic elegance with organic luxury.

Project petite balcony

Project concept
We transformed a compact balcony into a "Bohemian Urban Oasis" by maximizing a petite footprint through verticality and rich textural layering. Woven sisal rugs, artificial turf, and a sculptural rattan egg chair establish an organic foundation, while a dense canopy of layered faux palms and fiddle-leaf figs introduces lush privacy against the brick facade. Soft, bohemian comforts—such as a low-profile mandala floor pouf, plush pom-pom detailed pink pillows, and a translucent amber acrylic side table—add vibrant pops of color and functional styling without overcrowding the layout. The resulting aesthetic is a chic, light-filled retreat that beautifully balances natural elements with contemporary, playful accents.
